     Our national debt ceiling has gotten ridiculous and from the looks of it, not going to get any better in the future. "WE THE PEOPLE"  OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ARE THE ONES PAYING THE DEBT CREATED BY THIS GOVERNEMNT!     One of the main culprits,  "is consistently overspending"  by our government. The federal government spends more than its budget that it creates a deficit.     In the fiscal year of 2023, Our government spent roughly $381 billion  "more than it collected"  in revenues. Let that sink in!     To pay that deficit, the government borrows money from federal income tax you pay in, which a budget deficit results.      To pay for this deficit, the  "federal government borrows money"  by selling marketable securities such as Treasury bonds, bills, notes, floating rate notes, and Treasury inflation-protected securities (TIPS.)    ...

      In 2002, President Bush signed the bipartisan No Child Left Behind Act also known as (NCLB).      On January 8, 2002, the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001 was passed by Congress. This federal law contains the most sweeping changes to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) since it was enacted in 1965. NCLB also has made the federal role in education more prominent than ever.      The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) replaces No Child Left Behind (NCLB). Instead of a universal accountability system for all states,  ESSA gave states the flexibility to develop accountability systems that best measure student success in their respective states .      Criticisms of No Child Left Behind   faced many criticisms after its implementation .        The biggest step is amendments implementing term limits for Congress , Executive Branch bureaucrats, all Judges including Supreme Court Justices   (using Fauchi,) Judge Hugh Harvey Jr and Donald H. Allen , for examples. Allen who has been on the bench sense 1999 has made the statement, "I'm handing out 1M sentencing before I step down/retire."  Donald H. Allen    Judge Hugh Harvey Jr was elected September 1998 and was arrested on two charges back August 17, 2022 and stills holds the bench for which he sends other people to jail/prison on the same charges.     Harvey entered a plea, “You’re entering a guilty plea to DUI first offense sentenced to 11 months and 29 days with a minimum fine of $350 for all jail sentences suspended to 48 hours day per day,” the judge said.This sentence means Harvey won’t have to serve time in jail, but will be on probation for nearly a year.
