     The biggest step is amendments implementing term limits for Congress, Executive Branch bureaucrats, all Judges including Supreme Court Justices  (using Fauchi,) Judge Hugh Harvey Jr and Donald H. Allen, for examples. Allen who has been on the bench sense 1999 has made the statement, "I'm handing out 1M sentencing before I step down/retire."

   Judge Hugh Harvey Jr was elected September 1998 and was arrested on two charges back August 17, 2022 and stills holds the bench for which he sends other people to jail/prison on the same charges.

    Harvey entered a plea, “You’re entering a guilty plea to DUI first offense sentenced to 11 months and 29 days with a minimum fine of $350 for all jail sentences suspended to 48 hours day per day,” the judge said.This sentence means Harvey won’t have to serve time in jail, but will be on probation for nearly a year.

     Tennessee Laws on 1st Offense is Up to 11 months 29 days in jail, $350-$1000 in fines, DUI School and/or Victim Impact Panel, and possible Ignition Interlock Device (IID). Mandatory 7 days in jail if BAC is over . 20%. 1-year license revocation in which Harvey sentenced others to and "Did Not Receive himself," because of his "Power!" Harvey stills holds the bench and still sentences you for doing the same.

     William O. Douglas was appointed April 4, 1939, was the longest serving Supreme Court Justice until he suffered a stroke and was partially paralyzed December 31, 1974 at which time submitted his letter of retirement in 1975 after served for 36 years and 209 days.

     Douglas is followed by Clarence Thomas, appointed in 1991 (by Bush) and current Supreme Court Justice, is the fourteenth-longest serving Justice, having served for just over 31.5 years as of May 2023. In accordance with Article III of the United States Constitution, Supreme Court Justices can serve lifetime appointments on the Court.

     Article III is the Judicial Branch that, The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the "Congress" may from time to time ordain and establish.

     Fiscal restraint and reducing the size and scope of the federal & State government powers is necessary for individual constitutional rights in which "The Forefathers & Founders" foreseen that the Federal Government, "Government in all," would grow beyond the limitations of the Constitution when they established it in 1789.   

    The Founders also specified "a process" by which the Constitution may be amended, and since its ratification, the Constitution has been amended 27 times. In order to prevent arbitrary changes, the process for making amendments is quite onerous. However, this quite onerous, has yet to stop them from eradicating the U.S. Constitution & your rights.

      There are currently 435 voting representatives. Five delegates and one resident commissioner serve as non-voting members of the House. Although they can vote in committee, the Representatives must be 25 years old and must have been U.S. Citizens for at least 7 years and can serve 2-year terms. Therefore, there is no term limits for Congress, Executive Branch bureaucrats, all Judges including Supreme Court Justices to step aside.

    The Eleventh Amendment is that, The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State (called "sovereign immunity,") or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State (called Diplomatic Immunity) 

     Therefore provides that, the federal and state government has sovereign immunity and "may not be sued unless it has waived its immunity or consented to suit." The United States as a sovereign is immune from suit unless it unequivocally consents to being sued. This in turn, provides the government "FREEWILL" to compose, enforce and demise "what ever" it see fits to do so upon its citizens broad.

     They wrote Article V that in, That Congress, whenever two thirds (Republican 222 x 0.67 = 148 & Democratic 213 x 0.67 = 142 ) of both houses (291) shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution Convention as the "emergency brake." However, changes (amendments) to that Constitution, have been Ill demonstrated, ill disposed, ill decision, ill motivated & with ill intentions.

     This has been demonstrated by ill motivated LGBTs, Others Alike, Government Office and those beneath it overreaching by "Imposing Fines, Imposing Imprisonment, and driven to Bankruptcy of  those disagreeing and refusing to comply with such delusional tactics and ill decision after math.

     The First Amendment provides that Congress "make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise." Yet, the government unconstitutionally do!. It further states that it protects "freedom of speech," Yet, the government forces a gag upon those who do and/or allow those who are "Offended" to drag one into court for failure to comply.

     It also provides free exercise of the press. However, "does not allow" the press to bare false or misleading information in which it is doing in an alarming rate. The amendment also provides "the right of the people peaceably to assemble." However, the people who assemble never do so peacefully which starts out as a riot or brakes into one in the end.

    Those who ungracefully assemble, impede the "RIGHTS" of others who are assembling peaceably. They impede their own safety, impede and endanger innocence bystanders and vehicles with 99% of the time getting away with doing so.

      In its final statement, "and the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances" which is cancelled by "The Eleventh Amendment" in that United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity. A Free Pass to do as wish without being held accountable for such action!

    During Hitlers dictatorship, he initiated World War II in Europe by invading Poland on 1 September 1939. He was closely involved in military operations throughout the war and was central to the perpetration of the Holocaust: the genocide of about six million Jews and millions of other victims.

    A dictator is a political leader (Government) "who possesses absolute power." A dictatorship is "a state ruled by one dictator" or by a small clique. The word originated as the title of a Roman dictator elected by the Roman Senate to rule the republic in times of emergency.

    This dictatorship and dictator leading will be the United States downfall and demise rights of those who live here.

Convention of State Action is Simple:
           To bring power back to the states and the people, where it belongs. Un-elected bureaucrats in Washington, D.C. shouldn’t be allowed to make sweeping decisions that impact millions of Americans. However, they do!
