Officers are getting out-of-hand more and more each day. The government "Thinks" it can do what it wants and get away with it. The problem here is, You put trash in office, you're going to get trash from office.
State & Local Laws "Do Conflict" with the United States Constitution, yet, keep letting it happen. I estimate that nearly 2 million people are incarcerated across the United States in prisons and local jails.
I estimate that estimate that 6% of people incarcerated in U.S. prisons are actually innocent making that would be 0.0003% or 12,000,000. This alone shows State Bullying is the worse concept of U.S.
    You home is considered a "Safe Dwelling," your yard and any items, building, pets, etc. are considered "Safe Dwelling." It "Does Not" matter whether it is Open or Closed, Fenced In or Not, Plain View or Out Of Sight. I ask you, Just how it it a "Safe Dwelling," when Officers can just open your door and just walk in? Come your property without Warrants? Proceed to do what they want "Just Because" they wear a badge?

    A person is protected under the "Good Samaritan law" and no other laws was broken to accomplice the ACT of people who give reasonable emergency help to injured or sick people from being sued or prosecuted for accidental harm. Yet, You will be. May be Arrested, Jailed, Prison time because it's upheld by "predators" with a badge. 

    Judges that "Deliberately" the laws of the state, United States, and the United States Constitution by ruling an adverse to the law. That's to say, the Guilty gets paid for being a burglar who broken into a dwelling and got hurt. That should neverhappen!

    The Officers don't just stop there, it proceeds into the community level. Harassment, False Arrest Allegations, and Bullying among the complaints. The set; "Innocence Until Proven Guilty" no longer stands with righteousness conduct. 

    My favor line I hear officers use; "You're Not Under Arrest, it's just for 'Our Safety' reason" is about as "False" as it can get. You "Are Being" detained," aka "arrested." Being placed in the back of a patrol car, is a good indication of arrest. WE ARE NOT SAFE from these "predators."

    Me, You, "We," have no safe dwelling or Safe Haven from these predators because these predators are the very ones in charge of our safety.  How can "we" when a "predator," stlocker, is place in charge of that safety?   

    On June 13, 2026, a Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officer fatally shot a 2-year-old family dog named Jameson right in front of his owner, Marie Marseille, at her apartment complex in Canoga Park, Los Angeles.

    In July 2026, Marie Marseille filed a lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles. The lawsuit argues that Jameson was an affectionate, non-aggressive breed and that the officer acted with unjustified, lethal force. Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass promised a thorough and transparent investigation into the incident, which remains under active review.

    Below: CEDARTOWN, Ga. — Cedartown police have released an officer’s report detailing his account of why he shot and killed a family’s miniature donkey.

Channel 2 Action News at 4:00 p.m. first told you about Heehaw, a 1-year-old miniature donkey, earlier this week. He was killed in a pasture along Grady Road in Polk County while police were searching for a missing 12-year-old girl.

    Below: A teenager was charged with attempted murder of a police officer, but the body camera footage just cleared the case. Now, 18-year-old Dailen Brewer is suing the City of Indianapolis and Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Sgt. Robyn Frazier, accusing the officer of fabricating the story that put him behind bars. According to federal court records, the Dailen Brewer lawsuit was filed July 20 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and seeks a jury trial over alleged civil rights violations.

    Below: The Gwinnett County Police Department has fired and arrested three officers as part of an investigation into the misuse of the county's Flock license plate cameras.

In a release on Friday, authorities say they arrested Renee Downer in May, charging her with simple battery and stalking. The agency also arrested Derric Holmes and Matthew Lau, charging the former officers with six counts and one count of misuse of license plate data, respectively.

    Below: The City of Phoenix is taking additional steps and looking into the work histories of two former officers now charged with a series of crimes in a violent traffic stop. The City is also releasing the discipline records of the two men.

    Former Officers Antonio Felix and Luis Vasquez are charged with crimes that undermine trust in law enforcement and violate the high standards of those who take an oath to protect and serve.

    Phoenix Police arrested the two men on August 22 after detectives established probable cause in connection with the August 5 incident. Both officers face several charges including aggravated assault, kidnapping, criminal damage, and other felonies. Chief Matt Giordano immediately fired both former officers.

    Below: SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) reports a former Pacolet police officer has been charged with bank fraud and prostitution.

    Frederick Trent Payne, 43, is facing charges of crime against a federally chartered financial institution, prostitution - first offense and obstruction of justice.

    Below: NEWTON GROVE, N.C. (WTVD) -- Former Newton Grove Police Chief Greg Warren returned to court Thursday, where he was charged with drug trafficking and possession of a weapon of mass destruction, adding to a growing list of felony charges he already faces.

    Warren, who served as Newton Grove's police chief since 2019, was previously charged in January with secret peeping and indecent liberties involving a minor. He was arrested on Jan. 7 after being accused of sex crimes that prosecutors say occurred in 2023.

    High-profile arrests of law enforcement officers are reported regularly. For example, prominent cases in recent weeks include:

• August 22, 2026: Two Phoenix police officers, Luis Vasquez Jr. and Antonio Felix, were fired and arrested on several felony charges including kidnapping and aggravated assault following an unreported traffic stop.

• August 31, 2026: Oakdale Police Officer Jalen Melbert was arrested in Louisiana by the State Police on charges of abuse of office and malfeasance.

• August 2026: Officer Snowman in West Springfield was arrested and charged with computer crimes for allegedly misusing license plate tracking cameras.
