The Old Account

    You know, there are people who, Hold your past against you. They know not what you have gone through or the hard times you delt with. They have not walked in your shoes, nor been there when times were down and hard. However, they believe almost everything someone tells them, the news, social media without questioning the information.

    Common Sense, it's not hard if you let it just kick in and work. That saying, "Look Before You Leap, Still Waters Runs Shollow" is true. So are some people and their motive toward others. Rumors (called gossip) are started by Haters, then cared by fools and believed by idiots.

    Gossip dies when it hits a wise persons ear. The End! What should have never happened, is, should have never been started in the first place, but did! In the end, the "Person" in which the gossip was directed, is the one who pays the price of that spreaded gossip, not the spreader. You!, Yes You, can stop that gossip aka rumors by not playing the game. Just don't repeat it!

    Did you know, that there is estimate over 20 million Americans in society at large currently have a felony in their past? And this immense population is effectively statistically invisible? 

    Did you know, that either state or federal prison, on parole or on probation, the latest estimate is that 4% (estimated 800,000) of them are either factually or legally innocent of the crimes they were convicted of?

    Did you know, the "Courts" hold 98% of the A's? That they convict based on "Hear Say, Circumstantial Evidence, Grand Jury Tampering, Trail Jury Tampering?" 

    Did you know, that "Plea Bargaining" accounts for almost 98% of federal convictions and 95% of state convictions in the United States? That an research suggests that 8% (1,600,000) of people who pleaded guilty to felonies were actually innocent? 

    When "You" hold peoples past against them, (Specially when you "don not know them") that you are judging them on lack of knowledge, factual information? "Even If" you do know them, why believe "whatever" someone tells you? 

    When you get on Facebook, X (Twitter,) LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik-Tok, or any social media to that effect, "Not All Of It Is True!" News outlets, tabloids, Poeple, "Twist" the information. News outlets and Tabloids speculates more than printed factual evidence to support their inofrmation. 

    Getting on the "Internet" and looking up peoples background, "Background Checks," are not going to tell you the full truth about the person. "It's Only Going" to tell you, "what they input!" 

    The "report was not" present at the time, created by the "Same Person" who convicted that person. "Courts, 'Will Never' tell you the full truth" about the person they tried and covicted. 

    

    Courts "Excepts" 12 people "Guilty Verdic," even whe the evidence so weak, uncorroborated evidence, eyewitness's uncorroborated testimony, and solely based on "He Said, She Said!" 

    When you get on the internet social media, and you spread that information, you're basely spreading, uncorroborated information. In doing so, you're also "Harming" the person in which it is referanced to whether true or not, more so if false. 

    These "People," have paid a debt far greater than you have, until you have been a victim of the system and paid the price thereof. The "Courts" knows how To Win!

Records are eligible for expungement?

• Juvenile Offenses,
• Dropped or dismissed Charges,
• Arrest Records,
• Infractions,
• Non-violent crimes, and
• Low-level misdemeanors

    Federal law is the highest authority; therefore, federal law supersedes or supplants any state or local regulation or statute that conflicts it. This doctrine comes from the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution (U.S. Const. art. VI., § 2), "YET," State courts ignore this rule and "Violates" the persons rights 100%. WHY become a victim of this outrageous conduct by the courts, just to find out in reality that it is really true, rather than a myth?

    Jesus "Does Not Hold" our past against us. It's "Not Allowed" in Heaven and His love showed us that in 

Galatians 3:13

“Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:”

    History reveals that gossip has been a fundamental trait of human civilization since ancient times, the earliest records of which may be found in Mesopotamia and ancient Greece.

    Surprisingly, back in the 12th century, medieval churches saw gossiping as morally neutral, even mentioning it in sermons. Some folks suggest that gossip has ancient origins, tracing it back to our primate relatives who loosely chatted to strengthen bonds and build larger social groups.

    Gossip can be defined as information about the behavior or personal life of other people, often without the full truth revealed or known. I'm glad Jesus "does not" hold to the word of gossip. For those gossiping about another, too, have an unknown tainted background they're not talking about. 

    Gossip is "basiclly bullying" without being the "Direct Bully" involved. A bullying that falls under mental bullying just as verable abuse is.  

    Jesus Chrsit washed away my Trials & Errors with His Blood.
