     With mowing season here, I'd like to Express to everyone mowing yards to "PLEASE Do Not Blow Grass" onto the road.

1st. It is against the law in Tennessee!
            Blowing grass clippings, leaves, or debris out onto any city or county road is prohibited as stated in T.C.A. § 55-8-170. Other laws address littering in general, T.C.A § 39-14-502

2nd. You may be liable for damages & injuries incurred from any accident caused by such debris in the road.


3rd. It's very dangerous to motorcyclists as well as to other motorists using the roadway.
 

    Please use common sense & keep grass clippings and other debris off the road for the safety of drivers using the roadway.

Repeated Nonsense

Madalyn Murray O'Hair (Apr. 13, 1919 – Sept. 29, 1995)          I don't find it odd that people just repeat nonsense, gossip, and posting of fake information or news because they hear it and see it repeatedly & think it is okay. The liberal media as it is now, have perfected one of Adolf Hitler's greatest minds control tactics.
