Make Others Feel Valued Often

Making someone feel valued “is the best way” to improve their mood. Today, I'm sharing some tools that can help you “go boost” someone's mood everyday: “Listen actively” to what the person says, and “show genuine” interest. Here are several ways to “show someone” that you “see them” and are really listening to what they are saying: 1. Acknowledge Them Actually get outside of our own head long enough to take a second to acknowledge the existence of another human beings! Even if it’s with a smile.
